A roof needs replacing when the shingles are worn out across the whole roof, not just in one spot. These are the signs:

- Grit collecting in the gutters and at the downspouts
- Leaks showing up in more than one place
- Moss that keeps coming back, and shingles that stay lifted after it's cleaned off
- The roof is around 20 years old, or older

How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size of the roof, the weather, and what we find under the old shingles. Your estimate includes an expected timeline, and we schedule around Oregon's rain.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof in Woodburn?
